In-person counselling session

Service Description

In-person counselling sessions are 50 minutes per session. Sessions are held in private therapy rooms to enable you to talk freely and comfortably. We will have an initial session and then decide how we will work towards your therapeutic goals. Subsequent sessions are often held weekly, dependent on your individual needs. All clients must complete and return forms (via email) ahead of their initial session. Payment for sessions must be made at least 48 hours ahead of the agreed session time (via bank transfer) to secure the booking.
